Local councillor Gordon Buchan has raised concerns about the problem of speeding cars travelling from Craiglockhart Avenue to Colinton Road via streets to the west of Craiglockhart Avenue. uced in the 1990s and that there was only one collision on the streets in the latest statistics, which cover a five-year period. It also indicated that a seven-day survey outside 42 Craiglockhart Park showed the average speed was 25.4mph and that an average of 547 vehicles passed northwards and 789 south. Councill

The Daily Telegraph reports Clarkson used his column in a UK newspaper to deride measures used to safeguard the landmark from terror attacks. He said the security detail was strictly for appearances only and would have little chance of actually preventing an assault on the bridge. "While walking through Sydney late at night recently, I encountered a weedy-looking man in a high-visibility jacket standing on the foreshore underneath the Harbour Bridge," he wrote in the Sunday Times .

Hot on the skid marks of season 13, which just ended, "Top Gear" launches its 14th season Monday, March 15, on BBC America. There are even rumors it may now head to History. At this writing, hosts Jeremy Clarkson and James "Captain Slow" May were in New Zealand on the "Top Gear Live" tour.

'I found a loophole - my father lives in the Virgin Islands which is a Caribbean island, which is technically part of America, so I got a license there,' says the actress on how she passed the test. Sienna Miller spent years driving illegally in her native Britain thanks to a loophole in the law. The actress only passed her British driving test in July 2009 - five days before an appearance on U.K. car show Top Gear - and admits she'd been motoring around the country illegally for years.
